The WHY

"I didn't set out to start a brokerage. I loved where I was. But over the years I'd built my own CRM, my own website, and my own marketing in my own voice, and when I wanted to do commercial or property management, the answer was either "refer it out" or "we don't do that." Then I went through broker training and realized I was already running my own shop inside someone else's. So I started Strataway, where the agent is the brand, not the firm, and where you can follow your clients into whatever kind of real estate they need. If the agent does well, the broker does well. I'd rather build it in that order."
